Child's pose is to known for calm nerves, release stress and relax.
I don't practice Yoga, but many of my routine stretch poses is same and similar to Yoga poses.
Long arm child's pose has been in my stretch routine recently I start doing this arms side of body child's pose only because it's stretches between my shoulder blade good not really trying to calm myself.
I realized two months in a row when I'm on my PMS I didn't get really cranky as usual.
And not only the time of PMS I found myself less frustrated and cranky when things don't go so well.
Is it Yoga benefit?
