beauty & health: chia seed pudding

Another "I know it's good for health but not sure how to eat it" super food was chia seed.
But I found super easy and delicious way to eat it, chia seed pudding!
Recipes is super duper easy.
Just mix 1 1/2cup coconut milk, 1/4cup chia seed, dash of vanilla extract and honey or any other sweetener as you like and sit in the fridge over night or at least three hours.
I recommend canned coconuts milk, it make this pudding thicker.
You can eat itself or top with fruits, granola, nuts...anything you want.
Also you can make chocolate chia pudding to add cocoa, or coffee chia pudding to add instant coffee, sound good right?:)
