lay down flat and relax, massage your stomach circle around berry bottom clock wise stating from right under the berry bottom gently with your four fingers.
You may feel your colon shift a little.
Best time to do it is in the morning or before sleep.
It's works.

beauty & health: chia seed smoothies

I shared how I eat chia seed on this post before.
But I ate it everyday almost three weeks and I'm fed up.lol
So I used to pre make chia pudding to make smoothies.
Just mix any kind juices or mix juices, plain yogurt, chia pudding, any fresh or frozen fruits,that's it.
I like to use juice instead of milk.
This is super yummy way to eat/drink chia seed and it's super healthy too:)
