I shared how I eat chia seed on this post before.
But I ate it everyday almost three weeks and I'm fed up.lol
So I used to pre make chia pudding to make smoothies.
Just mix any kind juices or mix juices, plain yogurt, chia pudding, any fresh or frozen fruits,that's it.
I like to use juice instead of milk.
This is super yummy way to eat/drink chia seed and it's super healthy too:)
